Ungating
Ungating is the process of applying for and receiving Amazon's approval to sell in a restricted category or brand, often by submitting invoices from an approved supplier. Once ungated, a seller can list those ASINs. Checking gating status before sourcing is a standard step in every arbitrage workflow.
