IP Complaint
An intellectual-property (IP) complaint is a report from a brand or rights holder alleging trademark, copyright, or patent infringement. It can get an offer removed or an account flagged, which is why arbitrage tools check for IP alerts and brand restrictions before you commit to buying resale inventory.
